2. Data processed, purposes and storage period

2.1 Data processed:

The Controller will treat identifying and contact information received from the user through the appropiate forms. In the event that the user sends a job application, it will also process academic and professional information.

2.2 Purpose:

The purposes are the following:
1.    Contact: Response to questions raised by the user through the form.
2.    Job applications: The information provided through the form, including the curriculum, will be used in current and future selection processes.
3.    Event management: The information provided by the user will be used to manage user registration in the event.
4.    Commercial communications: The information provided will be used to send communications about the services offered by ALDABA.

2.3 Storage period:

The storage period is the following:
1.    Contact: The data will be kept as long as it is necessary to resolve the inquiry sent by the user.
2.    Job applications: Candidate data will be processed during a maximum period of 3 years. The Processor may directly delete the information received.
3.    Event management: The information provided will be kept for the period necessary to manage your participation in the event, and subsequently for historical purposes.
4.    Commercial communications: Communications will be sent as long as the user does not withdraw their consent or express their opposition.

3. Lawfulness of processing

The legal basis for the treatment of the data provided is the consent granted by the user for one or several specific purposes, each purpose being described in this Privacy Policy expressly and individually accepted by the User. The consent will always be revocable and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the case of a legal obligation, nor will international data transfers take place to territories outside the European Union. To fulfill the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, ALDABA may rely on other Group companies or third parties which will act as Data Processor.

5. Exercise of rights 

Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing are recognised and may be exercised, with prior identification (i) by email to the address detailed on the Data Controller’s information or (ii) by letter addressed to Copérnico 5, 15008 A Coruña. If the user so wishes, he/she can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority, accessible from https://sedeagpd.gob.es.
