The UDC hosted the RITSI assemblies with the support of the Aldaba, NTT Data, and Corunet chairs

The Faculty of Computer Science at the University of A Coruña hosted the LVII Ordinary General Assembly of RITSI (Meeting of Students of Technical and Higher Computer Engineering) from October 19 to 23, as well as the XI Extraordinary General Assembly, events that were supported by the Aldaba, NTT Data, and Corunet chairs, among other entities.

In addition to reporting on the work of the Board of Directors and the Thematic Committees over the past year, the amendment of the entity’s regulations and the agreements proposed by various organizations were debated. Working groups were also held on the following issues: Moderation in Assemblies; Privacy and Data Protection Regime; Studies and Profession: PEIN; and Evaluation of the impact of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on RITSI.

  • Secretary: Mikel Iceta Tena (UAM)
  • Treasury: Marina Díaz Martínez (UPV)

The collaborating entities for holding the LVII and XI assemblies were:

  • City of A Coruña: A Coruña City Council, Turismo Coruña.
  • University - Chairs: Campus Innova, CITIC, Corunet, Faculty of Computer Science of A Coruña, Technological Institute of Galicia, R, NTT Data, WIB Aldaba.
  • Government of Spain: Ministry of Universities – Grant for youth associations and for federations and confederations of students and alumni whose scope of activity is the university, 2022.
